All entries must be paid or postmarked by April 20, 2010 to be included in the draw. All entries after the 20th will be add-ons. Entries will be taken until the First 100 horses run.



  • REQUIRED FEES: 4D Jackpot Race $150.00,Processing Fee $25.00 ONCE PER PERSON.
    Stall Fees per Horse $75.00 for the weekend if needed. Hook-Up Fee $35.00 per trailer for the weekend if needed.

  • Cancellation of entry and refund of entry fee must be made by April 20, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing before entry fee will be refunded.

    STALL INFORMATION: Stalls may be reserved for $75.00 for each horse. Stalls are optional. ALL STALL FEES must be paid by Entry Closing Date: April 20, 2010.

    We look forward to having you and your family join us at the Josey Ranch for all the festivities this year! Along with you, we are expecting hundreds of spectators, in addition to media coverage by television, radio and press from local newspapers and national horse magazines.

    There will be thrills aplenty this year at the 17th Annual Josey Reunion Round-Up with CM-Cimarron/Big Tex Trailers donating a beautiful trailer to the barrel racing contestant with the fastest time run in the finals.
  • Saddle Raffle Tickets: Contestants--We need your help! Saddle Raffle tickets help pay for prizes.

    You can help us promote the Reunion by selling 15 tickets for the saddle raffle. This year our saddle is a MARTHA JOSEY ULTIMATE with square skirt and Josey Logo silver conchos, valued at $1,200. "Josey Reunion Round-Up" is hand tooled on both fenders.

    The top ticket seller will receive a leather and silver breast collar, a $300 gift certificate to be used at the Josey Western Store towards the purchase of an Ultimate saddle, and a free 2 ½ day barrel racing and horsemanship clinic of their choice.

    Second place will receive a leather/silver breastcollor, a leather/silver headstall, and a $200 gift certificate towards the purchase of an Ultimate saddle.

    Third place will win a halter with silver overlay and a $100 gift certificate towards an Ultimate saddle. We look forward to seeing everyone at this years 17th Annual Josey Reunion Round Up!
