Features
Randy Domiino with Big Tex/Cimarron Trailers will host a Cake Party, featuring informational discussions on Trailer Tips and Safety. Next, you will get your horse and prepare for your first competition run. Remember, if you're a new or inexperienced rider or are on a green horse or inexperienced horse, please go the speed you are the most comfortable with. You will receive a full schedule when you arrive that will indicate which group you will be assigned to and where you will be at all times. There will be lots of individual work, problem solving discussions, a video session and work with both you and your horse on becoming a WINNING TEAM!
For our Josey Clinic come fully rested and prepared to do a lot of riding.
All horses must have a negative Coggins test within the last 12 months and out-of-state horses also need current Health Certificate issued within the last 45 days by a veterinarian. Please check with your vet as the Coggins blood work takes about 10 days and most states require it.
Hotel information
We do have dormitories available for our students, but you would need to bring your own linens, blankets, pillows and towels. Since many clinic students stay in area motels or their trailer's living quarters, we will not have the bed check we provide during our week long Summer School session.

Misc information
We have wonderful covered arena that allows us to have clinics rain or shine, but please bring rain gear and warm clothing so you don't get wet or cold traveling to and from your stall or trailer. Carmen's Kitchen, a consignment concession stand, will be open daily during the clinic, offering good, hearty meals with plenty of hot coffee and cold beverages.
